Tech Bar Analyst
Aon are currently recruiting a Tech Bar Analyst to join our team in London. The Tech Bar Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing technical support at the Tech Bar, supporting and assisting all Aon colleagues.

About the Role
Your impact as a Tech Bar Analyst:
Your knowledge and expertise:
Educated to a good standard of general education.
Experience of working in a customer facing IT support role following industry standard processes, management of IT tasks and analysis of operational issues in a service desk or deskside environment.
Tech Bar Work
Excellent customer facing skills, confident, able to deal with difficult/under pressure customers. Always ensuring a positive experience for customers at each visit to the Tech Bar.
Experience required with:
Possess or working towards Microsoft Certification MCITP or equivalent knowledge in enterprise-level deskside computing.
Appreciation of ITIL Service Management processes.
An understanding of customer deskside requirements in relation to internal departmental procedures.
Experience of IT desktop management in the enterprise.
Experience in PC, printer and associated desktop hardware systems.
