    Aon are currently recruiting a Business Developer / Producer to join our Financial Services Team.


    The Business Developer / Producer will be primarily responsible for developing and driving the Financial Services sales strategy to build a profitable, sustainable growing business focussing on the Investment Management and FinTech sectors providing leading solutions for professional indemnity, management liability, cyber, property and casualty insurance and in conjunction with the Product and Marketing teams develop and deliver new sales propositions with aligned marketing support to drive revenue growth.

    About the Role


    Your impact as a Business Developer / Producer: 

    • Working with the head of sales to increase new-new revenue growth to implement Financial Services’ three year growth plan
    • Working with other parts of Aon to deliver a joined up strategy to our approach to the Financial Services sector
    • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company

    About you


    Your knowledge and expertise: 

    • ACII Preferred or professional qualification relevant to Financial Services firm sector
    • Extensive sales experienced in Mid Market and with Large complex clients ideally focused on the Financial Service sector
    • Strong commercial acumen with superior negotiation skills and experience
    • Extensive experience of aligning sales and marketing strategies across multiple propositions and product offerings
    • Ability to develop an extensive internal and external network to leverage best of Aon and external best practice for client benefit
    • Experience of driving sales growth to achieve targets across new and retained business
