    Account Handler / Client Service Advisor – Real Estate (London, UK)

     

     

    Aon are currently recruiting a Client Service Advisor/ Account Handler to join our Real Estate team, based in London.  The Client Service Advisor will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, innovative client service in accordance with agreed Client Scope of Service Agreements (SoSA) and Service Plans relating to core insurance products.

     

    Your impact as a Client Service Advisor will be;

    • Working with Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice to each assigned Client in line with the agreed SoSA and Service Plan
    • Complying with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management including the creation of accurate and timely policy document, premium invoicing and debiting
    • Identifying improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design and making recommendations to the Client Management team on actions necessary to achieve this
    •  Negotiating renewal terms, midterm adjustments and cover extensions in accordance with the National Broking Strategy
    • Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and making recommendations to Client Managers
    • Building effective working relationships with other Aon specialist areas of business
    • Professionally representing Aon, demonstrating an understanding of corporate objectives

    Your knowledge and expertise will ideally include;

     

    • Experience working in the insurance industry dealing with cross class commercial business ideally with experience in Real Estate market.
    • Understanding the insurance market dynamics.
    • Strong technical knowledge in all major and pecuniary classes
    • Good influencing, listening and communication skills Adaptable, focussed and self-disciplined – driven to achieve results
    • Ability to positively engage clients
    • Ability to work efficiently within a structured process
    • Demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills
    • A team player who strives for continued personal development
    • Ability to co-ordinate activities within a cross-functional team
    • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
    • Ability to appropriately engage with relevant outsourced parties
