    Client Account Handler - 12 month FTC
    (Cardiff, UK)

     

    We are currently looking to recruit motivated Client Handlers into our various Insurance teams in our newly opened Cardiff office. 

     

    Each role is an exciting opportunity for the successful individuals to support our various business divisions.

     

    Your impact as a Client Account Handler

    • Identification and conversion of additional business opportunities from current clients.
    • Responsible for supporting the development of existing Business in accordance with plans
    • Cross sales renewal and retention of existing direct accounts.
    • Preparation of renewal documentation including invitation, renewal schedules and clarification of claims.
    • Managing the diary to ensure policies are invited for renewal in good time to meet delivery standards.
    • Providing guidance on coverage issues to clients and/or the branch network.
    • Ensuring all post sale / alteration documentation is sent in a timely manner, including invoicing and policy issuance.
    • Compliance with business reporting requirements and FCA regulations.

     

    You bring knowledge and expertise

    • Experience of working in the commercial insurance market (not general insurance)
    • Very strong interpersonal, communication skills both written and verbal
    • Inbound call experience directly from customers being first point of contact
    • Highly organised and have strong analytical skills
    • Able to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Able to negotiate renewals with customers successfully
