    Aon are currently recruiting a Client Service Advisor to join the team in Chelmsford. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their insurance career, or someone with excellent coordinator and stakeholder management skills who would like to embark on a new challenge with a global and fast paced firm.  


    This team provides insurance coverage for some of the largest TV and film broadcasters and production companies in the UK, incorporating a wide range of covers for cast / non-appearance, extra expense, equipment / props, set and wardrobe, liability, personal accident and travel amongst others”. Your role will primarily be to support Senior Client Specialists and the wider team in the efficient delivery of all client (and network) activity, including file maintenance, client correspondence and meetings, administration and advisory tasks.


    About the Role


    As a Client Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:


    • Review statement of health forms and cast medicals, and keep cast logs up to date.

    • Create and issue summaries of cover.

    • Review shoot risk assessments.

    • Check third party contractor's evidence of coverage.

    • Process productions using brokasure.

    • Send initial engagement, present terms, and confirm cover to client / network
    • Review, create and enhance submissions
    • Review MRCs (monthly recurring charges), complete quote / order information, and provide invoicing instructions
    • Support client relationships and join client meetings
    • Scan / index final agreed slip and other file maintenance
    • Support with the providing of benchmarking, placement advice and technical wording advice to clients
    • Provide technical training and guidance to colleagues
    • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
    • Analytical and problem solving skills
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating integrity and professionalism




    • Experience of supporting client relationships and providing a client service, ideally within entertainment or property / casualty
    • An understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes, and technical insurance knowledge, preferably with property and / or liability exposure
    • Prior experience with insurance IT systems e.g. Brokasure
