    Director, Aon Cyber Solutions EMEA

    Aon Cyber Solutions are currently recruiting a Director to join our team in London. 


    The Director will be part of Aon Cyber Solutions EMEA and support growth initiatives across Cyber Broking, Cyber AGRC and Cyber Stroz Friedberg and in particular work on:

    1. Management and coordination of the EMEA Cyber Insurance SPS usage in collaboration with Aon network officers
    2. Strategic planning, development and execution of Aon Cyber Solutions EMEA marketing initiatives across Cyber Insurance, Cyber AGRC and Cyber Stroz Friedberg

    The position will be part of a team involving multiple stakeholders in EMEA and globally, focused to make Aon the leading professional services firm in assisting clients through our holistic approach across Cyber Security, Risk and Insurance.

    About the Role


    As a Director some of your key responsibilities will involve;  


    Management and coordination of the EMEA Cyber Insurance SPS usage in collaboration with Aon network offices:


    • Work collaboratively with Aon network offices in all relevant EMEA countries to ensure appropriately identified mid-market cyber insurance business is placed in the EMEA Cyber SPS.
    • Effective problem resolution in collaboration with EMEA Broking Leadership and Aon Cyber Solutions CCO. (This will entail providing feedback to an underperforming carrier due to pricing, inconsistent underwriting (pricing / appetite) in different EMEA countries etc.)
    • Run monthly MI reports from SFDC and GRIP SPS to measure the performance of the SPS and issue to relevant stakeholders
    • Coordinate quarterly meetings with each of the 4 EMEA SPS carriers to review performance of the SPS in line with Service Level Agreements committed to by carriers
    • Development of the SPS offer (e.g. deployment of CyQu online self-assessment tool)

    Strategic planning, development and execution of Aon Cyber Solutions EMEA marketing initiatives across Cyber Insurance, Cyber AGRC and Cyber Stroz Friedberg:


    • Work with different Cyber Product, Sales and Marketing Leaders across Aon Cyber Solutions EMEA to develop innovative Cyber Solutions Products and Thought Leadership

    • Project manage new Cyber Solutions Products (e.g. bundled cyber solutions products) or new Thought Leadership initiatives from start to finish (ideation, campaign development, execution, follow up and measurement).

    • Manage the development of internal & external sales collateral (industry sheets, sales decks, client stories etc.) and cyber communications

      Ensure maintenance and usage of the Cyber Solutions EMEA app and Cyber Risk Diagnostic tool

    • Development of Central Market Intelligence framework in collaboration with Aon EMEA network offices and London GBC, including for example, Cyber market capacity / insights / trends / industry information / Cyber benchmarking

    Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.


    About you


    As a Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include;


    • BA Hons Degree Business Studies / Economics
    • 5-10 years of relevant professional work experience - insurance knowledge preferable
    • Previous solution marketing experience preferable
    • Experience working in an international environment
    • Strong advisory / execution skills
    • High analytical skills and methodical approach / proven track record of project management
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Creative thinker able to translate ideas into executable actions and strategic concepts into solid business opportunities
    • Communication skills – ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
    • Strong influencing and persuading skills with senior stakeholders
    • Highly developed interpersonal skills – ability to engage colleagues to progress ideas and ensure execution of growth initiatives
    • Energetic and positive and enthusiastic team player
    • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
