    Aon are currently recruiting a Project Manger to join our team in as home based worker. The Project Manger will be primarily responsible for leading and manageing flexible benefits projects, auto enrolment and total reward client implementations, being responsible for systems, data, processing and project management.

    About the Role


    Your impact as a Project Manger:

    • Consulting with internal and external stakeholders, pre and post sales, regarding technical functionality, system interactions, data requirements and processes.
    • Producing system requirements documents for new functionality, driven by new client requirements, working closely with the development lead to ensure satisfactory and timely delivery for client implementations.
    • Providing input to the Technical Design Specification.
    • Managing and being responsible for the delivery of configuration analysts, administrators and helpdesk agents during the lifecycle of the implementation project, working collaboratively with other colleagues such as client relationship managers, benefit design consultants and communications consultants.
    • Creating specifications for inbound data interfaces from clients' HRIS systems and outbound data interfaces to clients' payroll systems and other third party data processors.
    • Supporting and managing internal and client testing phases. 
    • Responsibility for the seamless transfer of a scheme to the administration and help desk team post implementation project, following the successful delivery of the implementation enrolment reports.
    • Contributing to the evolution of TBS and our outsourcing services.
    • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

    About you


    Your knowledge and expertise: 

    • Experienced in the delivery of online flexible benefits and total reward systems and outsourced administration and helpdesk services.
    • Strong technical skills with a logical mind, able to understand the relationship between multiple systems and their interfaces/integration.
    • Experience of creating technical specification documents.
    • Strong data management and analytical skills using Excel
    • Understanding of how to deliver good website user experience
    • Project management experience
    • Strong communicator with experience of working with demanding clients
    • Knowledge of different payroll/HRIS systems an advantage.
