Customer Service Advisor
Aon are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Pensions Service team in Sheffield. The Customer Service Advisor will be primarily responsible for dealing directly with our customers taking inbound calls.

As part of our diverse and established team, you will be dealing directly with our customers taking inbound calls.
You’ll bring valuable skills and expertise to Aon, including previous experience in a Customer Service environment, a good telephone manner and a positive can-do attitude. You will have responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
Your knowledge and expertise:
Experience of working within a customer service focused role with direct customer contact either face to face or via telephone
Excellent communication skills
A pro-active approach with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
Good understanding of Word and Excel.
