    Aon are currently recruiting a Claims Solutions Specialist to join our team in London. The Claims Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing support for the UK Claims Solutions team as project facilitator liaising with Claims, Client Services and other Aon departments to delivery claims related functions and the Client Services wider business plan. The Claims Solutions team work closely with sales colleagues in London, and with colleagues throughout the Aon network globally providing advice and claims solutions for our clients.

    About the Role

     

    Your impact as a Claims Solutions Specialist:

    • Ensures cost effective delivery of reinsurance solutions and claims related projects
    • Support the management of the performance of the business unit to ensure that plans and targets are met
    • Generate required claims / management / business information reports as requested
    • Implement and facilitate operational initiatives within the business unit.
    • Ensure that the management system is maintained and focused on the delivery of high quality service to clients and underwriters.
    • Assist in the agreement of service levels or targets with internal (Aon-managed) suppliers and monitor the delivery of services against those targets, address performance issues as and when required.
    • Liaise with clients, markets and third parties in order to support the claims department in negotiating contentious/complex claims with reinsurers for regions business units
    • Keep all parties advised of progress and maintains accurate records
    • Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients to enhance Aon claims service regionally and globally.
