    Aon use their unrivaled knowledge and technical expertise to develop market leading products, known as Structured Portfolio Solutions (SPS), to benefit their clients. We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Portfolio / SPS Manager, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, whilst ensuring that new SPS Implementation, SPS Renewal and Enhancements within your portfolio are managed effectively.


    About the Role


    Your impact as a Portfolio / SPS Manager:


    • Ensure New SPS Implementation, SPS Renewal and Enhancements within your portfolio are managed through agreed governance procedures and are developed and operated in a TCF compliant manner, whilst managing potential conflicts of interest.
    • Coordinate review and negotiate & sign off DUA Contracts, ‚Äčensuring that all internal protocols are adhered to and signed off.
    • Help assess project mandates and develop business cases for suitability for AUM, participate in project round-tables to discuss new opportunities.
    • Effective liaison with key internal business partners: Global Broking Centre, Key Affinity/National Stakeholders and Risk, Compliance, Legal Business Partners, and Binder Management.
    • Analyse MI packs to understand SPS performance and raise any issues as necessary and to review SPS performance on a regular basis as agreed for each SPS.
    • Support the SPS Team objectives including implementation of process improvements and other projects that improve client delivery and reduce operational costs.
    • Support the SPS Director with any other ad-hoc requests as required.
    • Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
