    Aon are currently recruiting a Client Manager to expand our successful Credit team in London or Chelmsford.   The Client Manager will be primarily responsible for maximising profitable retention revenue through the delivery of top class service and client satisfaction.

    About the role 

     

    As a Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:

     

    Ownership of own portfolio of clients as well as support to strategic and global client relationships as part of a multi skilled broking team

     

    Interacting with Clients, Insurers and colleagues across all aspects of policy management including

    • Managing renewal of programmes within you own portfolio and supporting client directors on renewal process for global and strategic accounts.
    • Supporting credit limit process
    • Advising clients on reporting of overdue buyers and liaising with insurers
    • Assisting with claims submissions and claims’ broking process
    • Negotiation of policy wordings with insurers and timely delivery of accurate policy documentation
    • Providing training and guidance on policy terms and conditions
    • Producing high quality policy and market data, producing reports and presentations

     

    In addition the role will include:

     

    Liaising with colleagues across the Aon global network on Global Client programmes

     

    Advising clients on market developments and sharing knowledge of market trends to enhance the overall value proposition

     

    Introducing and supporting team on new business opportunities to achieve individual new business target

     

     

    About you

     

    As a Client Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include;

     

    Experience of credit insurance, credit management or related sector would be of advantage but not essential.

    Competent in use of Microsoft Office and IT systems
