    Project Manager, HR, Talent and Engagement

      

    Aon are currently recruiting experienced Project Managers to join our Talent, Reward and Performance practice in London.

    About the Role

     

    As a Project Manager in our Talent team you would be responsible for advising our clients on best practice approaches and implementing projects and programs which enable them to better understand employee feedback and take appropriate action in order to increase motivation, retention and ultimately business performance.

     

    As a Project Manager, you will mainly be working on medium to large projects and some of your key responsibilities will involve:

     

    Providing robust coordination and execution of the tasks and activities to ensure that they are delivered on-time and to required quality standards.

    Capturing and recording detailed client requirements, constraints, and assumptions in cooperation with client stakeholders.

    Ensuring appropriate use of project management tools throughout the project.

    Documenting and managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

    Analysing data to provide high-impact insights for clients

    Onboarding project team members, allocating and clarifying roles and responsibilities to create the optimum project organisation structure.

    Facilitate weekly project calls (internal/external).

    Facilitating client meetings, workshops (e.g., kick-off meeting, report or survey
    design workshop, webinars and reporting tool demonstrations)

    Monitoring project progress, identifying, quantifying and communicating any variance.

    Implementing client-approved corrective actions and workarounds required to mitigate any project risks.

    Formally conducting a project review and feedback.

    Supporting proposals and bid processes for clients and prospects.

    Sharing project management best practices and train /coach others.

    Supporting the growth of Talent and TRP by undertaking tasks and activities as requested.

    Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

     

    About you

     

    Bachelor degree preferred.

    HR or employee talent engagement project management experience preferred.

    Experience within a client-facing consulting/services environment or as part of an internal team serving the needs of a large multi-national organisation.

    Strong data management and analytical skills

    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external clients.

    Communicates and listens effectively.

    Seeks and shares knowledge.

    Solves problems of a complex nature.

    Fluency in French as well as English would be advantageous.
