An opportunity has arisen for a progressive and solutions-focused professional to join the Commercial Sales Team, reporting to Retirement Solutions EMEA Head of Client Management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of UK clients and prospects. In addition, he/she will participate in Commercial initiatives and projects across the business.
As a member of the team your responsibilities are likely to involve:
Charged with bringing the best of Aon to our clients and prospects, it is anticipated that the role will deliver on the following key activities:
Manage a portfolio of prospects for the UK, focusing on Retirement Solutions and Health
Achieve annual net revenue growth targets
Build broad and deep networks with target clients/organisations with a view to delivering sales
Lead prospecting and help define standards and effective, consistent processes for the same
Be visible and ensure the Account Executive team is consistently central to all business wins across entities and geographies
Coordination of internal resources to ensure the best delivery of service to clients
Effectively use preferred tools such as Salesforce.com and Aon Connect
Attain high client satisfaction scores through utilising Client Promise for all clients
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
The ability to deliver top class client service to large multi-practice and multi-country clients including;
renewals/re-tenders, service issues, rate cards, team issues, senior escalation, fee negotiation
Relevant industry, commercial and consulting knowledge
Experience/track record in relationship management, client relationship management
Strong Aon IQ of Retirement Solutions, Health and broader Aon wide practices, products, solutions and tools with a complimentary internal and external network
Excellent communicator with a solutions focused, client centric approach and ability to represent Aon at all levels
