Enterprise Risk Management, Principal Consultant
Aon are currently recruiting an Enterprise Risk Management Principal Consultant to join our Enterprise Risk Management/Resilience team. This role could be homebased (anywhere in the UK) or in our London office.

About the Role
As a Principal Consultant you will be responsible for delivering a variety of enterprise risk management proposals and projects to a multi-national client base.
Sell and lead the delivery of more “complex” client solutions - whether in terms of size or technical difficulty. Manage senior consultants and others in the delivery of the above.
Lead the development of new solutions for clients’ specific business problems, exercising judgment to involve more senior colleagues in a timely way for advice and support as necessary.
Communicate confidently with clients and other Aon operations at a senior (usually director) level in relation to project scope and fees for complex projects, involving more senior colleagues when appropriate.
Deliver complex projects using appropriate amount of delegation to team members to provide client best value for money, continuity of service and succession planning.
Support the development or enhancement of risk consulting product offerings and client services.
Lead initiative for the expansion of existing or development of new channels to market for AGRC products and services.
Expand network of contacts amongst client managers and directors and promote AGRC profile within Aon. Communicate AGRC capabilities to senior Aon colleagues and so facilitate their inclusion in wider Aon.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
Your skills and qualifications will include:
Educated to degree level.
A strong interest and experience within Enterprise Risk Management and a willingness to develop in this area.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Possess effective time management skills and have the ability to work to deadlines.
Work effectively with senior managers.
Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and display initiative.
Have a high level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Regular travel to client sites both in the UK and overseas is required for the role
