Broker Support – Employee Benefits
Aon are currently recruiting a Broker Support – H&B to join our team in Leeds or Farnborough. The Broker Support – H&B will be primarily responsible for supporting the broking process within the Aon Employee Benefits Broking Centre of Excellence (CoE). The Broker Support role is integral to the successful operation of the Centre of Excellence and will overtime build up their knowledge on insurance markets and products brokered.
The Broker Support will work in pillar specific groups (Healthcare, Risk, or DC), and report into a CoE Broking Lead and ultimately into the Head of Broking. We are looking for high quality individuals to fill this role as they will be the key to ensuring our clients receive the best possible terms and solutions to fit their needs.
