    Aon are currently recruiting a Consultant – Online Benefits to join our team on homebased position. The Consultant – Online Benefits will be primarily responsible for:

     

    -managing  existing client relationships and support new business opportunities through to successful implementation

    -delivering consulting advice to new and existing clients on the design of benefit programmes, communicated and administered online, including flexible benefits

    About the Role

     

    As a Consultant – Online Benefitssome of your key responsibilities will involve:

     

    • To manage the overall client relationship and coordinate the delivery of the online benefit programme working with configuration, implementation and administration teams using the Online Benefits Governance Process
    • To meet their personal client revenue target and the revenue target for each clien
    • To contribute to Online Benefits meeting its revenue and PTI targets
    • To be able to operate effectively with clients and prospectsTo work with specialists in DC, Risk, Healthcare and Communications in the delivery of the component parts of the online benefit programme.
    • To generate opportunities for expanded service from our existing client bank both in Online Benefits and DC, Risk, Healthcare and CommunicationsTo support and generate new business opportunities through to successful implementation
    • To be responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

     

     About you

     

    As a Consultant – Online Benefits your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

     

    • BA/ BSc qualification
    • Significant experience in Online Benefits Consulting
    • Advanced Client Management skills
    • Ability to work in a complex, deadline driven environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to operate at a senior/ decision maker level with clients and prospects
    • Ability to manage/ develop more junior members of the team
