About the Role
As a Reward Analyst some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Plan and supervise the design, analysis, and implementation of the annual survey cycle, for a specific industry survey (e.g. hospitality, oil & gas, property).
Supervise client relationships, and sit on Steering Committee meetings/calls, where relevant.
Prepare/ review materials and lead round table and conference meetings, including annual conference/ results delivery meetings.
Ensure survey timelines are met, client reports are produced are on time and to quality standards, and clients are invoiced promptly.
Maintain existing client accounts and proactively look for new opportunities.
Drive revenue from existing survey accounts by looking for data consulting and reward design/ strategy opportunities.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
As a Reward Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Degree in related discipline (statistics, maths, economics).
Excellent MS Excel skills.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Client relationship management experience.
Experience of project management processes and practices.
Experience of producing and presenting reports to a variety of audiences (including analysts, non-HR managers and executives).
Understanding of a consulting environment.
