Aon are currently recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to join our Talent, Reward and Performance practice in London.

About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager you will play a significant role in the delivery of some of our small to medium sized projects and can also expect to support more experienced project managers on more complex assignments. Some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Execute project tasks and activities to ensure that these are delivered on-time and to required quality standards.
Capture and record detailed client requirements, constraints, and assumptions working closely with client stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate use of project management tools throughout the project.
Document and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Participate in weekly project calls (internal/external).
Monitor project progress, identify, quantify and communicate any variance.
Implement client-approved corrective actions and workarounds required to mitigate any project risks.
Formally conduct a project review and feedback.
Share project management best practices.
Support the growth of Talent and TRP by undertaking tasks and activities as requested.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
Bachelor degree preferred.
HR or employee talent engagement project management experience preferred.
Experience within a client-facing consulting/services environment or as part of an internal team serving the needs of a large multi-national organisation.
Data management and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external clients.
Communicates and listens effectively.
Seeks and shares knowledge.
Fluency in French as well as English.
