    Aon Benfield is currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join the Global Re Specialty business support team. The role will be responsible for GRS events, PA support to a Senior Leaders and GRS compliance and gifts and entertainment. This role will form part of the GRS Business Support team and based in London.

    About the role

     

    GRS Events- some of your key responsibilities will involve:

     

    • Responsible for all GRS internal and external events
    • Responsible for Monte Carlo schedules
    • Responsible for Baden Baden, hotel management and schedules
    • Responsible for maintaining GRS client lists for all events
    • Responsible for making sure there is consistent branding
    • Responsible for follow up and feedback surveys

     

    Personal Assistant - some of your key responsibilities will involve:

     

    • Responsibility for organising meetings for both internal and external clients
    • Preparing papers for meetings and when required take minutes at leadership meetings
    • Proactive diary management
    • Pro-actively contribute to satisfaction of line manager
    • Managing email account of Senior Leader
    • Producing letters and documentation for Senior Management
    • Dealing with Clients first line queries and refer to appropriate team members, when necessary
    • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
    • Assisting Senior Leader with completion of HR forms / Workday

     

    GRS G&E - some of your key responsibilities will involve:

     

    • Responsible for overview of all GRS events
    • Responsible for making sure CER and CEVENTS are all completed and approved
    • Responsible for LMS monitoring and making sure everyone has completed in time
    • Responsible for completing and monitoring the Block approvals for Aviation, Non-Marine and MSC during the year

     

    About you

     

    Educated to A Level standard

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Effective communication and presentation skills

    Problem solving skills

    Ability to work well as part of a team

    Management experience beneficial

    Experience of working in a client facing environment

    Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    Understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
