Radford are currently recruiting a Survey Consultant, Reward and Compensation to join the team in London.

 

Radford clients are primarily Human Resources, and/or Compensation and Benefits managers or analysts. The Radford team is a fast-moving and energetic team dedicated to acting as business partners with our client base – a tremendous group of companies with a significant global impact.

About the Role

 

Prepare updates to annual Custom Benchmarking project materials and documentation.

Perform data validation and analysis to ensure the quality of custom benchmarking project data.

Communicate with the client regarding any data submission queries and solicit feedback.

Make recommendations based on experience and client feedback towards improvements to

our client offerings.

Develop relationships with clients through support during the survey and project cycles.

Own the entire client relationship from beginning to end for selected clients.

Act as first line client service in a variety of matters.

Provide face-to-face and remote training to clients.

Partner with internal colleagues to educate clients on the suite of Radford products such as standard survey offerings, analytic services and consulting opportunities.

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

 

 

About you

 

As a Survey Consultant, Reward and Compensation your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Prior experience within Compensation and Benefits; salary surveys, pay

reviews, benchmarking and reward practices.

Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task

Attention to detail is crucial.

Ability to interact with various internal and external constituents to problem solve and provide the best solutions for our clients.

Must be able to represent Radford and Aon Hewitt with clients within the region.

Prior experience with high-tech or life sciences companies a plus.

Processing spreadsheets, and database management, skills also required.

Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently as well as work with a team.
