Aon are currently recruiting a DC Pensions Presenters to join our team as a Homeworker across flexible locations in the UK. The DC Pensions Presenter will be primarily responsible for reporting to the Member Services Operations Manager, the jobholder will be responsible for delivery of a range of pension and financial education member presentations and one to one guidance to Aon clients’ members, to fulfil the client requirements agreed by on consultants and the promotion of this service both internally and externally to create new fee revenue from clients outside AEB.

About the Role

 

As a DC Pensions Presenter some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Development and delivery of  high quality member presentations and 1-1 surgeries for e.g.

          - Aon Pension products.
          - Trust based clients.
          - Aon Retirement Service.
          - Financial Education seminars.

  • Develop new fee revenue from existing AEB /Aon Hewitt clients for presentation & 1-1 activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry, monitor market developments and identify revenue generation opportunities for existing clients.
  • Where applicable, ensure the requirements of the Financial Services Market Act 2000 and Aon’s Compliance criteria are met in relation to Regulated Business carried out within specific specialist area.
  • Upon identification, report risks to the Operations Director and/or Compliance Director to ensure appropriate risk management activities are implemented.
  • Ensure working practices are in adherence with ACL UK T&C processes and procedures; where necessary provide evidence and information to appropriate parties which demonstrates compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that any potential E&O cases are addressed in accordance with an appropriate procedure to minimise Aon's exposure.
  • Provide information and updates for regular and ad-hoc financial statements for the business for regulatory, accounting and other purposes.
  • Ensure renewal and retention of existing accounts by establishing client needs, maintaining client relationships and facilitating the overall renewal process.
  • Increase the value of a portfolio of accounts by identifying and converting addition business opportunities from current non AEB clients.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
  • Responsible for own continuous professional and personal development including keeping abreast of statutory obligations and relevant FCA guidelines and legislation.
  • Personal utilization target of a minimum of 4 days per week client facing work.
  • Customer satisfaction target measured by feedback from sessions and employer feedback and compliance scores.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

 

As a DC Pensions Presenter you will have a passion for delivering engaging member presentations and getting excellent customer feedback, you will understand the power of face to face communication. You might be an adviser who prefers delivering on site group sessions to managing an individual fee base.

 

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


Education

  • Degree level or above.

Professional Qualifications:

  • RQF Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
