Aon are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Bristol. The Key Account Manager will be primarily responsible for managing a large number of existing medium sized clients. The role sits within the health management element of the practice, and the prime area of responsibility is to manage the Aon Occupational Health service portfolio of clients and through effective account management. achieving targeted retention levels and revenue growth. This service is provided by a leading Occupational Health organisation under contract to Aon, and the day to day management of the service is an important element of the role. The role also provides support to the Practice Lead James Kenrick, for a small portfolio of large corporate Health Trusts.

About the Role

 

As a Key Account Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Responsible for The Aon Occupational Health service portfolio of clients, building and maintaining ongoing relationships with them, to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and client retention.
  • In line with account management strategy, contacting clients at agreed frequencies to establish strong working relationships, and keeping clients informed of service developments.
  • Grow revenue on existing book of business in accordance with business targets.
  • Dealing with client queries as appropriate.
  • Manage day to day relationship with contracted provider of The Aon Occupational Health service.
  • Manage monthly billing, working with finance and the International Support Team in Poland.
  • Manage budget and revenue forecasting.
  • Provide support to Practice Lead for fee based Occupational Health reviews.
  • Support Practice Lead with Corporate Health Trust clients, with the production of quarterly and renewal reports.
  • Create new opportunities for other areas of ARS.
  • Achieve technical competency as required.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you

 

As a Key Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

Education:

  • A Level Standard.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • 2 years account management experience, people skills and numeracy.
