Aon are currently recruiting an Insolvency Deputy Managing Director to join our team in UK (Birmingham, UK). The Insolvency Practice Leader will be primarily responsible for ddeveloping and delivering a best in class profitable insolvency practice proposition and team.

About the Role

As an Insolvency Deputy Managing Director some of your key responsibilities will involve:

 

Working closely with the Managing Director, to develop and lead the Insolvency Practice Group, - building a profitable, sustainable growing business with a high profile and great reputation.

Deliver excellence in client relationships management, retention and growth of existing accounts and robust client account development plans.

Ensure clients are serviced in a cost effective manner.

Deliver a fully compliant and regulatory robust service to all clients.

Drive and work across Aon to achieve revenue growth through new/new and existing business opportunities.

Lead, motivate and develop the Insolvency Practice team

Represent and be the ‘Face of Aon’ in the Insolvency market  

Launch and embed Aon Insolvency products and propositions to the client base

Ensure all business change activities are delivered on time and to budget

Embed and role model the Aon Leadership Behaviours

Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

 

About you

As an Insolvency Deputy Managing Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

Education:

Degree preferred

 

Professional:

ACII Preferred

 

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Extensive knowledge of insolvency practices and potential solutions
