Aon are currently recruiting a Client Manager to join our team Caribbean team in London. The Client Manager will be primarily responsible for producing and/or providing quality checks in respect of documentation and transactional activities required to support the placement of business. You will also be responsible for building a relationship with, providing a service to and managing the expectations of a clients.

About the Role


As a Client Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Understanding clients’ coverage needs in order to collect and analyse relevant information for risk transfer solutions.
  • Brokers endorsements and renewals – can identify appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients’ market security guidelines and other requirements.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions of placement.
  • Provides assistance to more senior brokers on the renewal process for more complex accounts.
  • Builds strong relationships within the market and with relevant Aon network.
  • Responsible for assisting in producing and/or providing quality checks in respect of documentation and transactional activities supporting the placement of business.
  • Full responsibility for producing slips.  Client management and end to end processing of risk through to broker finalise status.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
  • Fluency in Spanish would be beneficial
