E&O Coordinator - 12 Month FTC (Birmingham or Sheffield, UK)
Aon Hewitt are currently recruiting for E&O Coordinators to join our team in either Birmingham or Sheffield on a 12 Month FTC.
About the Role
The E&O Coordinator is responsible for managing all complaints and E&Os (including regulatory breaches and data security breaches) within their location and by:
Being a key contact and subject matter expert for operations teams with regards to E&O governance processes.
Ensuring all client generated escalations, complaints and corrective actions are owned and proactively managed to closure within agreed deadlines.
Coordinating the approval and submission of complaint and E&O settlement payments within their location.
Working in conjunction with the Operations Lead to complete the monthly Sarbanes Oxley E&O declaration.
Reviewing root cause analysis of complaints and E&Os to identify key trends and areas for improvement
Being a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting managers.
Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, internal Aon teams and third-party providers.
Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).
Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs (a buddy to less experienced colleagues and supporting more senior colleagues).
Maintaining required technical knowledge and behavioural standards and expertise, especially all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Performing additional tasks as requested by your manager.
Working with others
Colleague will work closely with all members of the team. You will assist the Team Manager and support with operating efficiencies within the team.
Providing support to the team members in communicating issues to other teams and ensuring timely resolution.
Liaising and working closely with clients and third party providers as required.
Building and maintaining strong and effective working relationships with other teams (often cross-location).
In addition to the core responsibilities listed above, the Colleague will have a specific focus depending on the business area:
Pensions Administration teams administer a defined set of pensions processes (member events and scheme events) for clients. The Colleague participates in change projects that will affect the work of the team. The Colleague drives process improvement in the team and deals with Errors and Omissions cases, investigating them fully to find the root cause and providing corrective actions. The Colleague is also responsible for supporting less experienced colleagues, as well as the team manager.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
Strong Mathematical and English skills.
Competent in Word and Excel.
High school graduation required.
Experience in the relevant area or expertise.
