Aon are currently recruiting a Reward & Global Mobility Administrator to join our team initially working in the London office, this role will be based from one of our regional offices in the longer term in either St Albans, Epsom or Farnborough. The Reward & Global Mobility Administrator will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support in relation to M&A activity in both the UK & EMEA. Additionally The Reward & Global Mobility Administrator will provide administrative support across all aspects of Aon’s UK/EMEA Reward and Global Mobility programmes.

About the Role


As a Reward & Global Mobility Administrator some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Work with UK P&B Manager to analyse benefit and compensation data as related to mergers and acquisitions in the UK.
  • Work with Head of EMEA C&B Manager to analyse benefit and compensation data as related to mergers and acquisitions in the EMEA region.
  • Work with all members of the Reward & GM team to provide support for a wide range for compensation, benefit and Global Mobility initiatives and ongoing processes.  This will primarily be related to creation and analysis of reports, and support for bespoke business critical projects which require management data information.
    Work in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

About you


As a Reward & Global Mobility Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:



  • A Level standard
  • A Level or degree standard Maths

Experience, Knowledge & Skills        

  • Intermediate in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • High quality MS Excel skills with the ability to collate and analyse data e.g. using VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
  • Effective time management
  • Use proven IT and analytical skills to collate, develop and analyse reports/data, including; general data requests and bonus reports
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload with the ability to re-prioritise
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in analysing and manipulating data
  • Ability to build effective relationships with employees and colleagues
  • Problem Solving
  • Confident to work on initiative to resolve queries
