We are currently looking to recruit a Support Administrator for our Defined Contribution Pension team based in Leeds.

About the Role

As a Support Administrator some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Opening and distribution of post.
  • Assisting consultants with the day to day administrative duties for a portfolio of clients.
  • Actioning administration emails from own and Consultant's mailbox.
  • Answering and actioning telephone queries from clients and insurers.
  • Filing of client and insurer correspondence.
  • Updating client records on The Benefit Solution (TBS) and Salesforce.
  • Triggering workflow on TBS.
  • Processing renewals, underwriting, claims and market reviews in accordance with Aon/Insurer/Client processes.
  • Any ad hoc duties and requests as required.
  • Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory

About you

As a Support Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Administrative/sales support experience, ideally within the financial services industry in a medium to large professional services firm
  • Hard working, conscientious, accurate attention to detail and timely delivery of work.
  • Good communicator.
  • Flexible, approachable, helpful and supportive of colleagues.
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and maintains confidentiality.
