Our EMEA Salesforce & “ELOQUA” Team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who can help us design, build and execute marketing automation programs.


Your impact as a Marketing Automation Specialist:


Based in Epsom, the ideal candidate should promote and support the use of the tool “ELOQUA” as well as provide relevant system updates as applicable to the business and amend processes and support. This hands-on execution role requires the ability to bring together the technical execution of “ELOQUA” with the business requirements for lead generation, in order to improve and increase revenue from marketing campaigns. The key to success in this role will be to operationalize marketing automation projects from end to end and to improve and optimize all marketing automation campaigns. You bring skills and expertise

  • Previous experience in Marketing Automation and CRM system management to power marketing programs (in particular, SALESFORCE and Marketo/ELOQUA experience would be advantageous)
  • Previous experience working in a marketing function, with an understanding of B2B sales and marketing programmes.
  • Experience of designing and implementing nurture campaigns for the delivery of qualified leads to sales
  • Good understanding of the web, CMS, and related technologies, with the ability and desire to grow your technical skill set
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, A/B testing and measurement.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and tracking campaigns that score, nurture and report on leads and engage prospects in a B2B buying cycle
  • Knowledge of campaign reporting tools and metrics
  • Ability to report and analyse marketing campaigns
  • Experience of optimizing and enhancing marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent team player, but with the ability to own and manage projects without supervision
  • Possess a “can do” attitude experience
  • Confident and quick learner who can integrate with the team and pick things up quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience of using MS Office tools, particularly Excel and other reporting tools
  • HTML coding & ELOQUA Master qualification desirable
