Multinational Client Service Advisor
Aon are currently recruiting a Multinational Client Service Advisor to join our team in Chelmsford.

The AGCN team within Aon Global is dedicated to providing counsel and support to clients with cross-border risk management needs, including effective programme design and execution, compliance, programme optimization, and the development of multinational and local risk finance solutions to meet clients’ risk management objectives.

The AGCN Client Service Advisor is a core role within the multinational service team. It is central to the coordination and delivery of multinational service to our clients. A key deliverable is managing the delivery of day to day service in respect of international issues, including Aon network performance.
The role requires a collaborative approach as the Client Service Advisor must be able to effectively work as part of a multinational team in order to deliver service excellence to our clients. This means working closely with AGCN colleagues in London and overseas as well as the London Global Client Management teams, Global Broking, Broking Support, AGRC and Offshore.
The Client Service Advisor will need to show they can work as part of a wider client service team, communicate effectively, and possess good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as the ability to undertake a wide range of duties.
